Welcome to WorkSpace, a unique mid-century modern building designed to share space with creative types, industrial types and those who can work remotely anywhere in the world, but still like having some social interaction with people.
Whether corporate is in the LA area or beyond, the WorkSpace building can be your satellite office with your own private office and common areas shared with other co-workers who need more than the kitchen table.
Each office offers a private office that is yours only vs an open space that can be noisy and difficult to work in.
As a member of the workspace building, you will have the benefits below as well.

- Use of two conference rooms.
- Free hi-speed internet.
- Utilities included.
- Use of outdoor areas as well for co-mingling.
- Dedicated Fax machine (yes, some people still use them).
Most offices will accommodate more than one person, and there are a couple of offices that will accommodate more people or even a photographer's studio.

Prioritizing Personal Space
By modifying shared spaces with staggered seating and buffer zones, teams can practice healthy social distancing in the workplace on a one on one basis.

New standards and protocols will be reinforced with strategically-placed signage.
